Established in 2019, The Cloth Fox is located in the heart of the New Forest in Lymington.
At our St Thomas Street studio we design and hand-make our limited edition
Cloth Fox Clothing.
Cloth Fox Clothing is ethical and sustainable, using a mix of deadstock, vintage and new textiles, so you know when you leave the shop, you’ll be wearing something truly individual.
Ready to wear or made to order - we don’t mass produce or sell our clothing designs to anyone else.
We stock a carefully curated selection of homewares, dressmaking fabrics and textiles from around the world. Over 75% of our fabric stock is OekoTex or GOTS Certified. We source from small independent makers.

I bought a lovely vintage kimono jacket. It was a really good price and it feels so special as it is a 'one off'. The fabrics feel really luxurious and are reasonably priced.
Its all about the growth of an individual business, helping many others along the way – for instance our Jaipur ladies who are now fully employed and the knock on effect of that down to women who – like me – for instance, cannot find anything in today’s young market to wear that doesn’t make them look like the proverbial mutton!! Your clothing range enables everyone to feel ‘special’ in their custom made goods and have the knowledge that they aren’t going to see every other person in the same item. You’ve definitely tapped into today’s market of sustainable, durable and ‘different’ markets!
