Shipping policy

  • We will despatch your order on the first working day (working days being Tuesday to Saturday) following receipt of payment - unless your order is a custom make, in which case you will be given an estimated delivery date. Our standard delivery method is via Royal Mail First Class post (not Tracked) and Royal Mail will aim to deliver your package the next working day, including Saturday.  

  • Fox & Bee are not responsible for the payment of any customs charges when sending goods to overseas locations, any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We ship worldwide via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on parcel size. Please refer to shipping costs below:

UK

  • Under £10 order total - £2.00

  • Up to £60 order total - £4.50

  • Over £60 order total - free shipping

Europe

  • £15 per order - estimated delivery times between 8-12 days dependent on carrier

Worldwide

  • £25 per order - estimated delivery times between 12-14 days dependent on carrier

Customs Charges

  • Goods may be subject to customs charges and fees. These depend on the contents’ value. The recipient will have to pay these before the parcel is released to them, Fox & Bee are not responsible for paying any customs charges incurred when you purchase goods from overseas.

  • The customs authorities in the destination country determine if charges are due on imported goods.

 

 

Returns Policy

  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fox & Bee and would like a full refund, items can be returned within 14 working days. The items must be in their original condition – including packaging – and the refund excludes posting costs. (Please note special order clothing and fabric is  not included in this refund policy)​.

  • Please contact us before you return any order

  • Fox & Bee cannot accept liability for returns lost in the post, so we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting or use Recorded Delivery. 

  • We are confident that all items from Fox & Bee will reach our customers in perfect condition. If an item does arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us by email within 2 working days of receiving and we can arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that once a fabric has been cut we cannot accept returns.

  • We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible, however colours can appear differently, dependent on individual screen settings. If you are unsure about a fabric, we suggest you contact us for a fabric sample. We are not able to offer returns on cut fabric, unless it is faulty.

  • We accept clothing returns (except custom orders) in their original sale condition within 14 days of purchase, and will issue a full refund for these items. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.  We are also able to offer an exchange for returned items

  • Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or worn or are damaged.

  • Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

  • Please note, fabric samples and bespoke/custom made to the buyers specifications (i.e. clothing/goods) are non returnable and non refundable.  At the time of making custom orders you will be charged a non-refundable £20 deposit that will either be offset by the final bill of sale, or should the item not be picked up by the customer will be kept as a charge for default.

 

How do I return an unwanted item?

  • Please contact Fox & Bee by email, phone, direct message or return to the shop to advise us of your return/exchange needs.  Goods must be returned to Fox & Bee Design, 6 Earley Court, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 9EP.

  • Unfortunately, as a small business we are currently unable to provide a free returns service for our customers and any returned item will need to be made at your own expense.

  • We recommend that you receive proof of postage for your returned items as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


 

Can I exchange an item?

  • Yes, if your returned goods meet the criteria set out for a refund and you would prefer to exchange the goods we are happy to oblige (any additional funds will be charged or refunded at the time of exchange if the exchange item costs more or less than the original).

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once we have received your return parcel in the post we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us. Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by us.

  • If you have requested a refund for your order we will send you the refund the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by Debit Card, your refund will be sent back via your Debit Card.

  • Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.

What are my rights under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013?

  • If you buy goods under a distance contract (including, for example, by phone or online but excluding any goods bought in store), under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs), you have up to fourteen calendar days starting the day after you or your nominee has received your delivery to cancel your order.

  • If you buy multiple goods as part of one order which are delivered to you on different days, your cancellation period will end fourteen days after the day on which you or your nominee receive the last item of your order.

  • This does not apply to certain 'exceptions' specified at section 28 of the CCRs, including goods made to your specification (i.e Customer Orders).
